Dr. Hicklin returned to Rock Hill in 1991 and opened the first Sanger Clinic office outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2011 he decided to practice on his own, and opened Palmetto Cardiology of York County, LLC — so that the people of York County could have access to high-quality cardiovascular care close to home, without driving to Charlotte and without needing a referral to be seen.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.
