Finding us
The practice is in Herlong Professional Park on South Herlong Avenue, close to Piedmont Medical Center. If you know the hospital, you are within a couple of minutes of us.
- Landmarks on Herlong Avenue
- Piedmont Medical Center, LA Fitness, and the Publix at Wedgewood Square are all on or just off Herlong Avenue, between Constitution Boulevard and the hospital.
- Look for the 430 building
- Herlong Professional Park has more than one building, so go by the number rather than the name — we are Suite 104 in the 430 building.
- Parking
- Park out front. There is open parking directly in front of the building — nothing assigned, and no deck or garage to navigate.
Making an appointment
Call 803.324.4900 during office hours. Same-day appointments are available, and you do not need a referral to be seen — though some insurance plans require one for payment, so it is worth checking with your plan.
Outside office hours
The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. If something cannot wait until the next business day, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room — for York County, that is Piedmont Medical Center.
Prescription refills
The quickest route is to ask your pharmacy to send the request to us. Please allow a couple of business days, and do not wait until your last pill — call before you run out.
